To start off this May, I’ve created a pack of French Card Suits with 12 brushes. They’re great for anyone who want to add some embellishment to cards or even use them for posters, custom products and projects! Also included are 12 gradients inspired by casino & card games.
What’s the best part? They are absolutely free!

Commission & Custom Print FAQs
Please refer to this post whenever you are considering a custom order or commission request to me. The following is a number of FAQs regarding this subject.
1. What is the difference between a custom order & commission?
> A custom print can be a modified version of an existing print, or a design that you would like to buy on a product or as a single print on canvas.
> A commission is basically ordering a certain design or artwork. My art + your character/idea. Neither party is allowed to use it commercially unless they have permission to do so.
2.How and when do I order?
> There will be a post whenever orders are open and closed. Keep your eye out for them and kindly quote, link or attach it in when sending an email concerning your order.
> Custom prints and products must refer to an image or link to the image of the product/print you would like modified. Note that this applies only if you’d like a modified version of an existing product or print made by me only. I will not modify another artist’s work without their direct consent.
3. What is your preferred method of payment?
> For all orders, I prefer PayPal. Other details will be provided to the customer once the order is confirmed.
4. When do I submit the payment?
> Half of the payment must be given once the order is accepted and the other half once the order is complete. There are no refunds.
5. How long does it take for an order to be completed?
> It is entirely dependent on the amount of detail, creativity and effort I have to place into the piece. The minimum time needed is two weeks.
6. What if I’m not satisfied with the result?
> If there are any changes needed to the image, you are required to tell me within three days if you are placing a custom product order, and within a week if you ordered a commission. I will not change it after that.
7. If I’d like to cancel an order, how should I do so?
> Contact me by email or PM to have the order cancelled within a week of placing your order. After that, the down payment is not refundable.
8. How will I know that my order has been completed?
> You’ll receive an email from me with the initial design first so you can preview how the image is coming along and make any necessary changes. Another email will be sent upon completion with the final design.
9. What are the prices & types of products available?
> All prices and types of orders you can place are stated below. They are subject to change depending on the order.
10. Can I request a certain style for my commissions or custom print orders?
> There are certain styles and elements that I cannot imitate in my works. The guidelines below also state what is & isn’t in my range of abilities. With this, I reserve the right to decline your request if I feel I cannot complete it.
11. Can I request a commission or product that uses elements of, or characters, designs, illustrations by another artist?
> I do not sell products featuring fan arts, designs or any other elements that are copyrighted to another artist without their direct consent. As such, any requests for products that violate these terms will be declined.
> Fan-art commissions are available under the terms that neither the customer not the artist will make commercial use of the image in any way or take any action on their behalf that violates the original artist’s rights.
12. Are there terms and conditions related to the purchase of any material?
>Yes, at most times, a form stating those terms and conditions will be provided to the customer. This is for both the artist and commissioner’s safety with any copyright issues & payment proceedings.
(Please feel free to ask any related questions in the box below, or via the Ask Box.)
Monthly Feature Guidelines
As an artist, I believe that observation and inspiration play a key role in whatever we create. As such, I’d like to dedicate a great portion of this blog to the observations & inspirations of various artists with the hope that they continue to take their audience from the realm of reality into their imaginations and showing them their perspective of life.
From June 2012, I will be featuring artists, their works, design resource sites and surveying the internet for the hottest news on the art industry every month!
The feature will showcase 5 articles, each of which will have a different topic. There will be at least one story which will focus on 10-20 works by new or under-appreciated artists.
Seeing as it takes some time digging for gold, I’m open to requests to be featured in the article. All I ask is that you follow theses guidelines:
- One artwork is featured for every artist.
- Requests to be featured must be submitted via my “Ask Box” with a link to the image you want featured OR via email.
- If you are not the original artist and would like to get a friend featured, please make sure you have their consent.
- If you would like to add a caption to your image, please state so.
- I reserve the right to decline your request under any circumstance. You may ask to why it was not accepted via email or PM.
- It is possible that your request will be queued for another feature in the following months. Your patience in this circumstance is greatly appreciated.
- If you have any other news, resource or site you would like to showcase in the monthly feature please feel free to share your ideas via the “Ask Box”.
- Only art or design-related requests are considered for the feature.
I may also be able to spare a portion of the feature for anyone who’d like to announce an art contest, being open to commissions or supporting an art-related cause. If there is not enough time, space, etc… I will queue your request according to term #6 .
Thank you for your time & patience to read this and hope you’re looking forward to the monthly news.
